If you love the sport of golf, this is an event you do not want to miss!  The annual JELD-WEN golf tournament takes place August 12 through August 17, 2008 at the Crosswater Golf Club at Sunriver Resort.  This Champions Tour is open to professional golfers age 50 and over and has attracted many participants since its inception almost 30 years ago.  Back then, only four events were offered with purses totaling $475,000 but now the tour has 28 official events offering a minimum of $50.95 million in prize money.  In addition, the Champions Tour has raised a large sum of money for charity.  Check out more information on their website.
