The Phoenix Inn Suites Olympia, Washington offers five comfortable rooms for all your event needs in the State Capital. Our staff can provide refreshment breaks including: coffee, tea, juices, assorted fresh bakery items and sodas. Our staff can provide a wide variety of food items, or let them suggest local caterers for your event. Audio/Visual equipment is also available upon request.

The Phoenix Inn Suites is capable of handling various events: from corporate conferences to lunch banquets or learning seminars. We are also happy to host your Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvahs, reunion, wedding reception or luncheon, corporate training seminars. Our aim is to help you plan a successful event and to deliver exactly what you expect.

Olympia Meeting Room Facilities

Phoenix Room

Our largest meeting space (1824 square feet) will accommodate up to 120 people theater style, 40 people classroom style, or 120 people in banquet rounds.

Our medium meeting space (625 square feet) will accommodate up to 40 people in banquet rounds, 20 people classroom style, and 30 people theater style. This room comes with a Screen and White board included.

Executive Boardroom

This room will provide a relaxing environment for your next meeting; featuring a large conference table accommodating up to 12 people.

Hospitality Room

This room serves as our breakfast room mornings and is available for meetings after 1:00 pm. It will accommodate approximately 50 people in banquet rounds, and 100 people in a standing reception.

Sofa Lounge

Designed for the more casual setting, this meeting room has a U-Shaped Sofa that will seat 8-10 people, it is equipped with individual 2 sq ft tables, a 32 inch Flat Screen TV for presentations and a white board.
